Who We Are
Bloom Squad® is an Australian hair care brand for kids who have developed the need for a starter haircare routine. Our products are plant-based, mild, gentle and formulated especially for delicate, young skin with natural ingredients that target their needs (Ie. Fuss-free detangling!)
Worry Free
All our formulations are plant based, hypoallergenic, naturally fragranced, Vegan, cruelty free, pH balanced and made in Australia.
Crafted without “nasties”, our hair care is free from Sulfates (SLES, SLS, ALES), Silicones, Parabens, Phthalates, Petrolatum, Mineral Oil, Propylene Glycol, PEGs, Harsh Detergents, Artificial Colours and Synthetic Fragrances (as well as a long list of other ingredients we simply don't want near our kids).
Natural Ingredients
Our hair care is packed with natural, hair-loving ingredients to nourish strands and care for the scalp to promote healthy hair growth.
We use ultra-gentle, coconut-derived cleansers in our Kids Shampoo for a super clean wash, without sulfates, or harsh foaming agents that strip natural oils or dry out the hair.
Our Lil Smoothie® range is enriched with natural, botanical ingredients like Kakadu Plum, Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Aloe Vera, Wheat Protein to help promote healthy hair growth, reduce breakage and improve manageability.

Our Founder
MEET SONJA – AKA MUM, HAIR TAMER, AND DETANGLING WARRIOR
Like all great things, Bloom Squad® was born out of necessity (and a few too many tear-filled hair brushing sessions). As an Aussie mum, Sonja found herself stuck in that weird in-between stage. Her daughter had outgrown baby shampoos, but adult products? Full of harsh stuff, overpowering fragrances, and things you definitely don’t want near a little scalp. Plus, they did absolutely nothing to help with knots.
So, with a background in health & beauty (and a strong desire to make mornings and post-bath routines way less stressful), Sonja created Bloom Squad®. A kids’ haircare range that’s fun, gentle, smells amazing, and actually works. No nasties, no sulfates, no silicones, no unnecessary fillers, just naturally good stuff that keeps little locks soft, healthy and tangle-free. Because kids' hair care should be a time of joy and connection. Brushing it should be easy. And parents? Well, they deserve a break.
